Pineapple!!!

The pineapple top I planted in a mixture of sand and potting soil is really thriving!! I had my doubts because I had to repot it several times after learning that you are supposed to cut all of the fruit flesh off or it would rot! But its growing like crazy in my laundry room east facing window! I fear it will push itself off the sill if it keeps bushing out so much....maybe I will have a fruit from it some day!
