The Latest

Here is my Pilea (Aluminum Plant). It took a dive off the window sill because it was getting too big so I put it on the shelf. Probably not getting enough light so looks like I'm going to have to divide and repot it. The lighter green stuff on the bottom is new growth and then it turns a pretty purple and dark green as it matures.

The banana is doing good! No signs of re-infestation since last time I cleaned it so hopefully regular watering and cleaning of the undersides of the leaves will bring success

Here's the recent pic of the summer bulb garden I planted. My neighbor who planted hers at the correct time has these gorgeous blossoms! Maybe next year...

And my Iris garden in front of my porch...its not quite as nice as that right now since I am slacking on weeding!!

Uh Oh Death to the Spider plant??

How the Hell did I manage to kill a Spider Plant?

A variety of Maranta (prayer plant)
When I first got it it was kind of sick looking. I chopped it back and it grew back nicely! Needs to have damp soil constantly but not soaked.

Another maranta, but this one closes its leaves at night! I like it the best. I need to repot it though!!

This is my Avocado I have had for a year now. It is growing very slowly due to lack of direct sunlight but it isn't dying! Next to it is some kind of Dracaena.

I chopped my Wandering Jew!!! It was starting to look pretty bad so I thought I'd give it a trim and let it regrow. Not like it takes it very long!!
