Citrus Trees in Vermont?!?

I don't know what I am getting myself into...I recently threw some grapefruit seeds into a couple small pots of dirt and one of them has sprouted! It was from a Ruby Red that I bought at the store. I really didn't think those seeds were fertile but I guess I was wrong! Its about an inch high and very light yellowish green in color. I don't know what I will do if it really survives...I think they are about the same size as an orange tree that you find in Florida! I also have an avocado pit that is sprouting (can grow up to 10 feet tall inside) and I planted a peach pit last night. I had eaten a macintosh apple a few weeks ago and on a whim I planted the seeds in some regular Miracle Grow potting soil and three of them sprouted! Two of them died but the third one is doing great. I moved the pot outside and its really getting lush. The palm seeds I am trying to germinate keep getting moldy and I keep cleaning them and re-applying fungicide to them. I am not sure if it will help, and if it does and I do get a bunch of palm tree seedlings, WTF am I going to do with them???!! Its great fun though. Maybe I can bonsai some of them.
